"(Peace of Mind) Just wanted to give a big shout out to Randy and his team, i had just purchased a new truck and wanted to make sure it was covered, my local office was closed that day so i stopped by Randy's office to inquire what could be done. Randy and his team took care of myself and my agent, contacted my agents other office for me, created a new policy, then printed my insurance card. "Blanca from State Farm helped me with getting my insurance on my vehicles. Other companies were charging an arm and leg for the sameor less coverage. If you need to get insurance on your property, i suggest you go to them. Blanca really works with you, takes her time to explain the coverage that you trully need and she is so friendly. "I have a lot of different lines of insurance through State Farm. I've been with State Farm for years but only recently moved over to Randy's office. He has a really good group of people working over here in his Baytown office. I called the office with some questions about life insurance and I didn't even need to talk to Randy. His employees were able to give me good information. They are well trained and educated. Monica helped me out and I know he has other good people working for him as well."

"Please do not use this company. They will rob you and will constantly go up on your monthly prices. They are inconsistent, been with them for years and it seems like no one knows what's going on. Stay away from this place. I will be looking for a new insurance company."
